How long is the dispatch time?
All of our products are hand designed and produced in-house here in Luton. We have a working day turnaround time which is updated constantly on the header.
Please note that if you need your products last minute or quicker then our dispatch time, please make contact with us prior to ordering.
How long will my products take to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within our workaround time. Delivery time depends on the delivery method purchased at the time of check out. Please take into consideration our dispatch times before ordering. Please note that our delivery partners may have delays which may affect the delivery time.
United Kingdom
We offer Click & Collect from our business address in Luton.
Please note that the delivery address will be provided once the product has been manufactured.
We offer a wide range of delivery options to suit all postal requirements.
We always recommend purchasing the tracked delivery options.
Please note that we do not dispatch on the weekend and any orders made during the weekend will not be posted until the following Monday.
If you require a last minute delivery, please discuss this with us first.
International
We process all orders in accordance to our dispatch times. International delivery can take from 1 to 4 weeks depending on its destination. Please note that if you purchase a non-tracked delivery service, we will not be held responsible for the delay. We always recommend purchasing international tracked shipping service.
Please note that parcels could take sometime clearing through individual country customs.
My order is late! / Where is my order!
We aim for all our orders on arrive on time for your special event. If an order arrives late, this will be due to Royal Mail or other delivery partner not delivering on time. We have a workaround time which is updated weekly which is available on our header.
If you have purchased a tracked service delivery, we can identify where your parcel is. Tracking number will be provided via the dispatch notification email.
Please note that we always recommend using the tracked delivery options.
If your order goes missing please note that we can not make a claim until after 28 days of the item being posted.
